面向新产品开发的集成创新中知识转化动力机制实证研究--基于国有企业的数据检验

         

摘要

新产品开发是现代企业竞争的核心目标之一。集成创新是我国企业新产品开发的常规性策略。集成创新是在知识管理的平台上展开的。基于国有企业的样本数据,借助于结构方程模型,经验性地研究检验了知识转化、集成创新和新产品竞争力之间的相关性,揭示集成创新模式下知识转化对新产品竞争力的促进机理,发现优势路径和不足之处,提出新产品研发的具体改进策略,为新产品研发能力的培育提供现实性的理论借鉴。研究发现,知识组合化的促进功能较为完备,知识社会化、知识外显化和知识内隐化的功能有待改进。%New product development is one of the core target of modern enterprise competitions.Integrated innovation is the conventional strategy to the new product development in our country.Integrated innovation develops on the knowledge management platform.Based on the sample data of state -owned enterprises and by means of structural equation model,the empirical study inspects the relationship among the knowledge transformation,the integrated innovation and the new product competitiveness,and reveals the competitive mechanism of the knowledge transformation in the integrated innovation mode for the promotion of new product,finds the path of advantages and shortcomings,and puts forward the specific improvement strategy of the new product research and development,which provides practical theory reference for cultivating the research and development ability of the new product.The research have found that the promoting function of knowledge combination relatively is complete,and the function of socialization of knowledge,explication of knowledge and implication of knowledge remain to be improved.
