学习型区域视角下京津冀跨越式协同发展研究

摘要

京津冀协同发展，无论从现实需要，还是从长远战略，均具有重要的现实和历史意义。以学习型区域理论、国家创新系统理论为依据，以京津冀技术差距、经济差距为切入点，综合剖析与回归检验技术创新投入与经济发展的相关性，并用我国31个省级行政区（不含我国港澳台地区）的空间面板数据验证它们之间的因果关系，据此提出如何更好地加速实现京津冀跨越式协同发展的对策。%No matter from the reality needs,or from the long -term strategy,coordinated development of the Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei Region has important realistic and historical significance.This study is based on the learning re-gional theory,national innovation system theory,technology gaps,and taking economic gaps in Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei as breakthrough point.It also uses comprehensive analysis and the regression test to analyze the correlation of technology inno-vation investment and economic development,and uses the spatial panel data of 31 provinces and cities across the country to verify the causal relationship between them.Based on this way,we come up with some advice on how to accelerate the leap -forward collaborative development of Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei Region.
