知识产权保护与企业创新能力的关系基于行业生命周期的视角

摘要

运用2007-2015年制造业上市公司的平衡面板数据,基于动态演化视角探究行业生命周期对知识产权保护与组织创新能力的关系是否存在影响.研究证明,知识产权保护与企业创新能力之间的“倒U”关系同时存在于成长期和成熟期,并且两个阶段的最优强度存在差异;而衰退期的企业却呈现出负向关系.认为在制定和实施知识产权保护制度时,应当基于行业角度,考虑行业生命周期的影响,有针对性地确定差异性的知识产权保护强度.%Based on the balance panel data of 2007-2015 manufacturing companies,this paper explored the impact of industry lifecycle on the relationship between intellectual property protection and organizational innovation abihty.It has been proved that the "inverted U" relationship between intellectual property protection and enterprise innovation ability has appeared in both growth and maturity period,and the optimal point in the two periods was different,while the enterprises in the recession showed a negative relationship.It is considered that the influence of the industry hfe cycle should be taken into account in the establishment and implementation of the IPP protection system,and the different intensity of IPR protection should be determined.
