大学新农村发展研究院协同开展农村科技服务模式探讨——以南京农业大学为例

以南京农业大学新农村发展研究院协同江苏科技服务超市开展农村科技服务实践为基础,对实践中形成的“一核多翼”基地服务模式、“常熟模式”等进行分析,探索多元科技服务主体协同合作的农村科技服务模式,得出以下结论:科技超市与新农村发展研究院的合作有助于农村科技服务主体职能相互扩展;公益性与市场化运作相结合的农村科技服务模式具有可行性;新农村发展研究院基地的作用应引起重视.并对加强农村科技服务提出建议.%Based on cooperative innovation of Rural Development Institute of Nanjing Agricultral Universuty (NJAU) and Jiangsu science and technology service supermarket to carry out rural science and technology service,the paper explores multiple technology services subject collaborative mode,"one core and multi-wing" extention stations service model,"Changshu model" were analyzed.The paper concludes that cooperation is helpful to expand each other service functions.In addition,combining non-profit and market operation in the rural science and technology service has feasibility.It should be attached great importance to effect of extention stations of rural development institute,and then we put forward some proposals to further strengthen rural science and technology service.
