中国高端装备制造企业组织创新的影响因素

         

摘要

随着中国高端装备制造业(HEM)的发展,针对HEM企业组织创新课题的研究越来越多,通过总结相关研究,建立针对HEM企业的组织创新测度指标体系,并且利用模糊综合测度数学模型分析HEM企业组织创新的影响因素;通过模型数据计算结果,分析得出中国HEM企业普遍存在的问题,如组织结构亟需优化、组织资源配置需进一步合理规划、专业性人才资源匮乏等.受中国经济良好发展势头影响,中国HEM企业在组织的外部环境方面具有一定优势.%With the development of Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing (HEM) industry,there are more and more papers on Chinese HEM enterprises' organizational innovation.By concluding previous studies on the HEM enterprise,this paper establishes a new index system of measurement,and analyzes the influence factors of HEM enterprises' organizational innovation by the method of fuzzy integrated measure.After calculating by the model,the research shows some problems of Chinese HEM enterprises.In general terms,the organizational structure of Chinese HEM enterprise needs to be perfected.Furthermore,organizational resource allocation needs to be reasonably planed.At last,many Chinese HEM enterprises are lack of specialized talents.But on the other hand,the extemal environment of Chinese HEM enterprise is good because of Chinese good economic environment.
