云制造下厂商成本、用户成本鸿沟跨越

         

摘要

The chasm between manufacturers cost and user cost is difficult to cross.However,with the rise of cloud manufacturing and other new manufacturing model,cooperation across the organization cost for system coordination and optimization has become the key issue between manufacturer and user.The key facts forming the chasm between manufacturers cost and user cost include business model inflexibility of products manufacturing as the core connection,competition-oriented enterprise boundaries,the limitations of property rights gap under market mechanism,and self-interested selection of decision-making agent.The paper proposes to construct the value ecosystems,product service system,cooperation mechanisms of dynamic contract,cost synergies platform based on "connection bonus" and cross-border as the path of crossing the chasm between manufacturers cost and user cost based on cloud manufacturing.This paper provides a cost synergies model as a valuable theoretical framework for cost optimization across the organization based on cloud manufacturing.The theoretical framework is verified by case analysis.%长期以来,厂商与用户之间存在的成本鸿沟被认为难以跨越,然而,随着云制造等新制造模式的兴起,构建跨组织成本协同机制成为厂商与用户的合作主导关系面临的关键问题.从产品制造为核心的商业模式刚性、竞争为主导的企业边界、产权鸿沟下市场机制的局限、决策代理人利己选择等多维度,对传统制造环境下的厂商成本与用户成本鸿沟形成机理进行解析,提出以价值生态系统为内核、推进产品与服务一体化、构建动态契约合作机制以及“连接红利”的跨界成本协同平台为路径的厂商成本、用户成本协同模型,为云制造环境下跨组织的成本优化提供理论框架,并通过案例分析对理论框架进行验证.
