西部高校外智引联型创新团队协同创新策略

摘要

In order to overcome long-standing low research capacity as a whole,shortage of high-level scientific research talent in western universities and sustained economic growth plight in the western region,we proposed a new inter-regional and multi-agent cooperation mode called intelligence-alliance innovative team.Aiming at the lack of research achievement on collaborative innovation effective strategy for intelligence-alliance innovation teams currently,we carried out a systematic analysis by SWOT analysis on intelligence-alliance innovation team from overall perspective.At last,we proposed corresponding development strategies from the government level,university level,team level in order to provide an important decision-making reference to promote universities education level and regional economic sustainable development in westem areas.%为解决长期困扰西部高校科研整体水平低下、高端科研人才匮乏、地区经济持续增长乏力等现实难题,提出外智引联的跨区域多主体新型合作模式.针对当前关于外智引联型创新团队有效开展协同创新的策略研究成果的不足,通过运用SWOT分析法,从整体性视角对外智引联型创新团队协同创新情况进行系统化分析,并分别从政府层面、高校层面、团队层面提出相应的发展策略,以期为西部高校教育水平提升、地区经济持续发展提供决策参考.
