On December1,2016,"Regulation on the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Guangdong Province" was passed by Guangdong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee for the third time,which was formally implemented on March 1,2017.Based on the background and significance of the regulation,this paper studies the importance of carrying out the "Regulations",analyzes the cardinal principle of the "Regulations",summarizes the major highlights,and puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen the implementation of the "Regulations".%2016年12月1日广东省人大常委会审议通过的《广东省促进科技成果转化条例》(以下简称《条例》)于2017年3月1日正式实施.在厘清《条例》制定出台背景意义的基础上,研究《条例》贯彻落实的重要意义,分析《条例》贯彻落实的主要原则,提炼总结《条例》贯彻落实的重大亮点内容,最后为加强《条例》贯彻落实提出相关意见及建议.
