科技重大专项管理模式研究

摘要

Major scientific and technological projects is a kind of large-scale innovative activities with clear objectives and specific direction.The implementation of major science and technology projects involving the core technology research and development,product development or construction of major projects,to enhance our capability of independent innovation and has important significance to enhance China's international influence and the construction of innovative country.The theory of project management,project management theory,system theory,organization management and other related management theory and knowledge based on the organization and implementation of major science and technology projects for the in-depth study of the development process,from major projects have been successfully implemented in the organization and management experience,and build a stitable condition of our country's science and technology major project management mode,in order to promote further enhance China's major science and technology project management level and efficiency of the organization.%科技重大专项是一种具有明确目标和特定方向的大型创新性活动,其实施涉及关键核心技术研发、重要产品开发或重大工程建设,对于增强我国自主创新能力和提升我国国际影响力以及建设创新型国家等具有重要意义.基于项目管理理论、项目化理论、系统论、组织管理等相关管理理论和知识,针对科技重大专项的组织实施过程开展深入研究;借鉴已实施的成功重大项目的组织与管理经验,构建适合我国国情的科技重大专项管理模式,以促进我国科技重大专项组织管理水平和管理效率的进一步提升.
