创业意向向创业行为转化机制研究

摘要

This study applies the method of grounded theory to investigate the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial behavior and mechanism of action.The study found:First,key life events,emotional experience are important factors in business transformation intention to entrepreneurial behavior;second,positive emotional experience for entrepreneurial intention plays a catalytic conversion of entrepreneurial behavior;third,the negative emotional experience plays a wake-up role for the entrepreneur intention conversion to entrepreneurial behavior.%运用扎根理论的方法,考察创业意向向创业行为转化的影响因素与作用机理.研究发现,第一,关键生活事件、情感体验是创业意向向创业行为转化的重要因素;第二,积极情感体验对于创业意向向创业行为的转化起到催化作用;第三,消极情感体验对于创业意向向创业行为的转化起到唤醒作用.
