不同省域政产学研合作体系的耦合效应比较

摘要

采用三螺旋互信息算法,基于SCI-E数据库,对我国2013-2015年北京市、上海市、浙江省等23个省级行政区政产学研合作体系的结构性问题进行比较分析.结果发现,我国大多数省级行政区政产学研合作体系的耦合效应比较差,区域创新体系的整体优化程度、结构性条件不合理.%This paper adopts the Triple Helix Algorithm to comparatively analyze the structural problems of system coupling of government-university-industry in the 23 provinces of China such as Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang,etc.on the basis of SCI-E database.The results find that the coupling effect of government-university-industry in most provinces is relatively poor,and the optimization and structural condition of regional innovation system are unreasonable.
