基于异质性的创新能力评价研究——以广东省高新技术企业为例

摘要

This paper conducts theoretical analysis of innovation ability based on the heterogeneity.Based on field research and expert evaluation,this paper constructsan evaluation index system of innovation ability of high-tech enterprises in Guangdong Province,to evaluate the comprehensive innovation ability,exploratoryinnovation ability and routine innovationability.By calculating these three innovation capability indices,we can provide reference for the financial policy-making of the government and the financial intermediary.%基于异质性视角对创新能力进行理论分析,在实地调研和专家评判的基础上构建了广东省高新技术企业创新能力评价指标体系,用来甄别和评估科技企业的综合创新能力、探索式创新能力和常规式创新能力.通过计算这3个创新能力指数,可以为政府和金融中介的金融政策制定提供决策参考.
