哥本哈根学派的繁荣对“双一流”建设的启示

摘要

哥本哈根学派的繁荣,在于一流人才的集聚、一流学术带头人的引领、一流学术团队的打造、一流学科的创建及国际化的学术交流,同时也离不开玻尔研究所良好的科研条件/各种基金会经费的支持及哥本哈根精神.促进中国的“双一流”建设,应该从培养国际视野的学术带头人、创设中国大学一流的学术团队、培育中国特色的大学精神入手,给予高效的资源配置、制度保障,形成中国自己的科学学派,繁荣中国的科学事业,推动“双一流”建设.%The prosperity of Copenhagen school lies in concentrating the first-class talents and the first-class academic leader who could create first-class academic team that created a first-class discipline and their international academic exchanges.At the same time,it was contingent on good conditions for research by Bohr institute,and the supports of many kinds of foundations and spirit of Copenhagen.To promote the construction of "double-top",we should generate our academic leaders with the international vision in Chinese universities,create first-class academic teams,cultivate the university spirit with Chinese characteristics,and provide efficient allocation of resources and system guarantee.The formation of China's own scientific schools and prosperity of science can promote the construction of "double top".
