电厂锅炉柠檬酸酸洗废水可见光降解

         

摘要

为了更好地处理电厂柠檬酸酸洗废水,制备了以新型光催化剂WO3-TiO2改性TiO2纳米管阵列为光阳极、Pt为阴极、柠檬酸酸洗废水为电解液的燃料电池体系;并研究了其在可见光下的降解效果.对直接光解、光催化降解、光催化燃料电池降解三种方法降解效果进行了比较;并通过控制通气与pH,讨论了光催化燃料电池降解的影响因素.结果表明在添加电解质Na2SO4浓度为0.2 mol/L时,电池体系的性能达到最佳,开路电压0.32 V,短路电流0.49 mA·cm.-2,最大功率密度为0.068 mW·cm.-2.该条件下电池体系运转120 min对高浓度柠檬酸酸洗废水(COD=16 500 mg/L)的COD去除率达46%.%To improve the treatment of citric acid cleaning wastewater from power plant, a photocatalytic fuel cell had been fabricated with WO3 modified TiO2 nanotube arrays as photo anode, Pt as cathode and citric acid cleaning wastewater as electrolyte and the degradation performance had been studied. Moreover, the performance of the photolysis, photocatalysis and the photocatalytic fuel cell degradation had been compared, too. In addition, the impact factor of the photocatalytic fuel cell degradation efficiency had been discussed via controlling the ventilation and pH. The results show that the best photocatalytic fuel cell performance was achieved when 0.2 mol/L Na2SO4 was added into the fuel solution with open circuit voltage 0.32 V, short circuit current density 0.49 mA·cm-2and max power density 0.068 mW·cm-2. The COD removal efficiency of high concentration citric acid cleaning wastewater (COD=16 500 mg/L) reached 46% after 120 min treatment optimal conditions.
