发挥学生主体作用 提高课堂教学效率

摘要

To respect students＇ principal role in classroom teaching is the key to improve the teaching efficiency of math clas- sroom teaching. With the deepening of teaching reform and the updating of teaching concept,more and more teachers are focusing on the principal role of students in class, and let students acquire knowledge in the guidance of the teacher.Therefore, the teacher should set up various goals for different students, so as to promote students＇ principal role.%坚持＂以生为本＂,真正摆正学生主体地位,充分发挥学生的主体作用,是优化教学过程、提高数学课堂教学效率的关键,也是深化数学教改的急切呼唤。随着教改的深入、教育观念的更新,许多有识之士越来越重视学生在课堂中的主体作用,让学生主动地思考、探究,在老师的点拨下获得知识、发展能力、体现自我。学生能力层次有高有低,接受速度有快有慢,这是学生的个体差异决定的。因此,教师在教学要求上要特别注意因人而异,设置不同目标,分层要求,以避免优等生＂吃不饱＂、后进生＂吃不了＂。按照因材施教的原则,在课堂提问和作业要求、作业量方面,教师要注意针对不同层次的学生,提出不同的要求,让各种类型学生的思维都得以活跃、主体作用得以发挥。
