Due to the peculiar social living environment and their own factors, it is easy to prone to all kinds of psychological mal-adjustment for new generation migrant workers in the process of urbanization. System reformation should be carried out, at the same time, aiming at improving the psychological quality of new generation migrant workers is of great importance.%　　新生代农民工由于受其特有的社会生活环境和自身因素的影响，在城市化过程中容易产生各种心理适应不良。在制度改革的同时，应该着眼于其自身心理素质的提高，最终帮助其提高心理健康水平，从而在城市化进程中健康生活。
