等离子体质谱法直接测定地球化学样品中金铂钯

         

摘要

建立了王水分解地球化学样品后直接用等离子体质谱法测定Au、Pd和 Pt的分析方法。方法测定下限为Au 4.0 ng/g,Pd 3.6 ng/g,Pt 2.4 ng/g,方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为Au 14.2%,Pd 3.6%~5.2%,Pt 6.6%~10.8%,三个元素的线性范围都为0.02~300μg/L。采用文中制定的分析方法直接测定了国家一级地球化学标准物质中的Au、Pd、Pt,在测定下限以上的测定结果与标准值吻合。%A method for direct determination of gold, platinum, palladium in geochemical samples by ICP-MS after sample decomposition with aqua regia was developed. The detection limits of the method were 4.0 ng/g for Au, 3.6 ng/g for Pd and 2.4 ng/g for Pt with linear range of 0.02 μg/L to 300?μg/L for all these three elements. The precision (n=6) of 14.2% RSD for Au, 3.6%~5.2% RSD for Pd and 6.6%~10.8% RSD for Pt was obtained. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of these three trace elements in geochemical standard reference samples with satisfactory results.
