中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒口服及功能锻炼对膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎临床观察

摘要

目的：观察中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒口服及功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组45例。对照组给予滑膜炎颗粒口服、功能锻炼治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药外敷患膝关节，2组疗程均为30 d。对2组临床疗效、膝关节肿胀评分及HSS评分进行比较。结果：治疗组显效20例，有效22例，无效3例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组显效11例，有效28例，无效6例，总有效率为86.67%。2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。治疗后，2组膝关节肿胀评分、HSS评分较治疗前均有改善（P <0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒口服及功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎疗效确切。%Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with Huamoyan Keli(滑膜炎颗粒)and functional exercise on knee osteoarthritis synovitis.Methods:90 cases of knee osteoarthritis synovitis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huamoyan Keli and functional exercise,while the treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine base on the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,knee swelling and HSS knee score of the 2 groups were compared.Results:In the treatment group,20 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 93.33%;while in the control group,11 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases were effective,and 6 cases were invalid,the total effective rate being 86.67%.There was no signiifcant difference between the 2 groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,the knee swelling score and HSS score of the 2 groups were improved(P< 0.05) than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:There is a curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with Huamoyan Keli and functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis synovitis.
