新型恒应力蠕变试验机装置研制及应用

         

摘要

The old creep testing machine has large experimental error in the actual measurement process hence it can't achieve constant loading.It is improved by a new type of constant stress creep test machine design.The structure of constant stress creep loading arm model was calculated and the reliability design of the loading arm was analyzed.The creep curves of GH4169 alloy were tested using the test machine.The results show that the new creep test machine can keep constant stress in test and can achieve more accurate measurement of creep properties of metallic materials.The development of the loading arm solves the difficult problem of constant loading operation in the process of creep test of metallic materials,and provides experimental support for the development of experimental teaching and scientific research work.%基于原有蠕变试验机在实际测量过程中实验误差较大,不能实现恒应力加载,对其进行了改进,设计了一种新型恒应力蠕变试验机.对新型恒应力蠕变试验机加载力臂的结构进行了理论计算推导,分析了加载力臂设计的可靠性,并用该试验机测试了GH4169合金的蠕变曲线.结果表明,新型恒应力蠕变试验机可以保持蠕变试样始终受到恒定应力,能实现更精确地测量金属材料的蠕变性能的目的.
