This paper explores firstly the relative legislative regulations and judicial reviews on the exceptions and limitations for education in the Indian Copyright Act 1957 via discussing the judgments of"Delhi University photocopy case", and then explains their value disposition and historical origins; finally, it elaborates the reversal of the rule of interpretation of statue on provisos and exceptions as well as theory-embedded judicial reasoning reflected in the judgments of the case, which may be lessons for the Chinese courts to draw from.%通过解读印度"德里大学影印案"司法判决,探讨该案所涉印度版权法教育使用例外制度的立法规范与司法解读,解释该制度的价值取向及其历史渊源,阐释该案所体现的反转例外制度解释规则与道德理论内置型司法推理方法之司法审查智慧.
