The great increase of wind power capacity largely impacts the power system frequency regulation. The wind energy utilization coefficient is adjusted by establishing a frequency-power control model in double-fed induction generator(DFIG), which makes wind turbine generator respond to system frequency variation rapidly and participate in system frequency regulation. Taking the IEEE-39 system for example, the system frequency decreases with the generator cutting. The results show that the wind turbine generator can regulate the system frequency in concert with other synchronous generators, and make a certain contribution to system frequency.%电力系统中风电容量的不断增加,对电力系统调频会产生一定的影响.通过在双馈风力发电机组的控制系统中建立频率一功率控制模块,调整风电机组的风能利用率,使风电机组迅速响应系统频率变化,实现风电机组参与系统频率调节的功能.以IEEE 10机39节点为例,在系统发生切机故障导致频率下降时,所提出的方法能使风电机组配合系统调频,在一定程度上给予电网频率支持.
