考虑输电投资效率的长期节点电价模型

         

摘要

In this paper, a new long-term locational marginal pricing model which objective is to achieve long-run market efficiency is developed. Through the analysis of the Long-term optimal power flow model, the power supply and demand at each bus in each operating period can be optimized, and the congestion rent of each transmission line and the locational marginal price at each bus can be calculated. The result of the study . Shows that optimal transmission capacity depends on congestion rent and the new locational marginal pricing model based on long-run efficiency will provide accurate pricing signals. An example on a 3 - bus system demonstrates the new LMP model is reasonable.%该文对以电力市场长期效率为优化目标的长期节点电价模型进行了研究,通过对长期最优潮流模型的分析,可以对各个时段的发电功率、用电功率和该投资周期内的电网容量实现优化,并在此基础上计算输电线路的阻塞租金和各节点的长期节点电价.研究结果表明,输电线路的最优容量取决于其阻塞租金,而以长期效率为目标的节点电价能提供正确的价格信号.对一个3节点电网的算例分析结果验证了模型的合理性.
