为辅助调度运行人员从海量原始电网数据形成调度决策,以实际电网中的自然分区特性为基础,提出了一种电力系统拓扑分区方法,该方法能够对相邻电压等级的变电站进行区域划分.在此基础上,提出了一种面向调度运行的变电站综合风险评估方法,该方法同时考虑到了变电站站内主接线风险、站内设备运行状态风险以及变电站在电网中的整体拓扑风险,其获得的风险评估指标可用于对比不同变电站的综合风险水平,进而为调度运行人员实时操控变电站提供参考数据.最后应用实际电网算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.%Based on the partition characteristics in real power systems,a topology partition method is proposed to de-compose the substations with the same voltage into several areas,which can help the dispatchers make decisions based on massive grid data. Then,a composite risk assessment method on substation for dispatching is presented,in which the risks of bus system arrangement,the equipment operation state within a substation and the overall topology of a sub-station in the whole power system are all considered. This composite risk can be used in the comparison analysis among substations,and provide the dispatchers with real-time data. Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of this method are verified in a real power system.
