基于APDL的750 kV变电站内分裂导线结构优化

         

摘要

为了满足750 kV变电站的建设发展需要,改善变电站内导线表面电场分布,减少导体电晕放电现象已成为变电站建设运行的重要因素.利用有限元法FEM建立了实际工程中750 kV变电站内导线的计算模型,结合APDL语言与有限元仿真软件ANSYS中的DesignOpt模块,对750 kV变电站内4分裂导线LGKK-600的分裂形式进行优化设计.通过寻优计算,确定了4分裂导线的最优结构,导线表面最大电场强度值较优化前下降了20.45%,为750 kV变电站设计和导线选型提供了参考依据.%To meet the development requirement of 750 kV substations,electric field optimization and reduction of coro-na discharge have become critical. In this paper,the conductors in a real 750 kV substation are modelled by FEM. Us-ing the APDL language and the Designopt module in the finite element software ANSYS,the structure of four-split LG-KK-600 conductor is optimized. With structural optimization,the best structure is determined and the results show that the maximum electric field strength of the four-split conductor surface is reduced by 20.45%. This paper provides refer-ence for the design and conductor selection of 750 kV substation.
