交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器Boost模态建模

         

摘要

为提高交错并联磁集成变换器的工作可靠性和更好地指导控制器的设计,对复合电源交错并联磁集成变换器的Boost工作模态进行分析,得出了耦合度、稳态电感电流纹波以及暂态电感电流响应速度在整个占空比区域内的对应关系.在Boost模态下,基于扰动法及状态空间平均法对变换器进行动态小信号建模,得到系统控制变量到状态变量的开环传递函数,并对其补偿电路进行设计.加入了交错并联磁集成技术,有效地减小了电感电流纹波,提高了变换器的转换功率和系统的动态响应速度.应用Matlab仿真得出整个系统的开环幅频、相频Bode图,补偿网络的设计提高了系统的稳定性和瞬态响应速度,最后通过仿真和实验进行了验证.%To improve the operation reliability of interleaved magnetic integrated converter and better guide the design of controller,in this paper,the operation of the converter in boost mode with composite power is analyzed,and the cor-responding relationship is obtained among coupling degree,steady inductor current ripple,transient current response speed in the duty cycle. Based on perturbation method and state space average method,a dynamic small signal model-ing is conducted,and the open loop transfer function is obtained,which describes the transfer of control variables to state variables. The use of interleaved magnetic integrated technology can effectively reduce the inductor current ripple , improve the efficiency of the converter and the dynamic response speed of the system. Then the amplitude-frequency curve and phase-frequency curve are plotted by Matlab simulation,based on which the feedback loop compensation is designed to improve the system stability and dynamic response speed. The results of the analysis are verified through simulation and experiment.
