考虑低碳效益和时序特性的分布式电源优化配置

         

摘要

To make the distributed generator(DG)better applied to the distribution network,an optimal allocation of DGs based on the timing characteristics of load,wind turbine generator(WTG)and photovoltaic(PV)in the distribution network is conducted;WG site is obtained by computing node capacity factor,and PV site is obtained by utilizing the correlation of light intensity curve with commercial load curve,as well as the complementarity with WTG. The carbon benefits model of DGs is established,and the probability density functions of 288 hours for wind/PV/load is created us-ing the whole year data. The objective is to maximize the benefits of grid operators with constraints. The capacity of DG is optimized,and the resultis verified by genetic algorithm of elitist strategy. The simulation results show that a reason-able incorporation of DG into the distribution networks has economic and carbon benefits,and it also can reduce net-work losses and improve voltage quality.%为了在配电网中更好地应用分布式电源,利用配电网负荷及风机、光伏电源的时序特性对分布式电源优化配置;计算节点风机容量系数并对风力发电机进行了选址,利用光照强度曲线和商业负荷曲线的相关性及与风机的互补性对光伏电源进行了选址;建立了分布式电源的低碳效益费用模型,并利用全年时刻数据建立288个时段风、光、负荷的概率分布,以电网运营商利润最大为目标函数且考虑约束条件,对分布式电源容量进行优化,利用精英策略遗传算法进行求解验证.仿真结果表明,分布式电源合理并入配电网有较好的经济、低碳效益,并能减少网络损耗和提高电压质量.
