配电网投资效益评价及投资项目的优选

摘要

近年来电网建设规模增大,电力企业投资压力随之加大,需要提高配电网投资效率和效益问题.通过建立配电网投资效益评价指标体系,构建了配电网投资效益评价模型、配电网项目组合优化模型.从宏观上对配电网投资效益总体评价,从微观上对配电网投资效益单体评价.在量化打分和综合排序基础上,以资金约束为条件,优化项目投资组合.最后通过实例验证了模型的正确性和实用性.研究成果对建立以投资效益为导向的配电网评价与投资决策,具有重要参考价值.%With the consideration of the large scale of power grid construction and the substantial investment pressure of power enterprises in recent years,it is necessary to improve the efficiency and returns of investment on distribution net-work.By building an evaluation system for the investment returns of distribution network,an evaluation model for the in-vestment returns and a combinatorial optimization model for the projects of distribution network are established.An over-all evaluation on the investment returns of distribution network is performed on the macro level,while an evaluation on the investment returns of single-project of distribution network is performed on the micro level.On the basis of quantita-tive scoring and comprehensive sorting,the investment portfolio of projects is optimized with capital constraints.In the end,the correctness and practicality of the established model are verified through an example. The research results have referential values for the establishment of investment-oriented distribution network evaluation and decision-mak-ings on investment.
