面向分布式电源最大消纳的配电网重构

         

摘要

为保证配电网运行方式发生变化时可最大程度消纳区内的分布式电源出力,提出一种面向分布式电源最大消纳的配电网重构方法.以分布式电源消纳量最大为目标,考虑节点电压约束、支路电流约束、网络辐射状约束等安全约束,利用遗传算法进行优化模型的求解,得到最优的配电网重构结果及分布式电源出力方案.选取IEEE 33节点标准算例进行仿真,算例表明,文中所提方法可为配电网运行方式发生变化时调度部门的调控决策提供指导.%In order to realize the maximum consumption of distributed generations when the operation mode of distribution network changes,a reconfiguration method of distribution network is proposed.With the maximum consumption of distributed generations as the objective,and considering the security constraints such as nodal voltage constraint,branch current constraint and radial network constraint,the optimization model is solved by genetic algorithm,and the reconfiguration results of distribution network as well as the output of distributed generations are obtained.An IEEE 33-node distribution system is taken as an example in the simulation,indicating that the proposed method can provide guidance for the scheduling department when the operation mode of distribution network changes.
