核级压力容器变厚度过渡段连接结构设计与优化

         

摘要

As an example of transition section connecting structure of different thickness of cylinder and head, several transition section connecting structures' feature was analyzed, and the optimal and analytical techniques of ANSYS were applied to optimize this local structure. Stress concentration in this area is improved by changing the cone tapered transition section length and the distance between the center lines of cylinder and head and then safety and reliability of nuclear grade pressure vessel is increased. Finally, giving the variation of the largest membrane + bending stress in the transition section as the changing the distance between the center lines of cylinder and head, the impact of this distance to stress changes is directly and clearly demonstrated and guidance to design variety of transition section connecting structures is provided for future.%以不同厚度的封头和圆筒过渡段连接结构为例,对变厚度过渡段连接结构进行了结构形式选型设计,并应用ANSYS优化分析技术对此局部结构进行优化,通过改变锥形过渡段的锥形段长度和不同厚度的封头和圆筒中心线间距离,改善封头和过渡段连接区的应力集中状况,进而提高压力容器的安全性和可靠性.最后给出了变厚度过渡段最大薄膜+弯曲应力随封头和圆筒厚度中心线间距变化规律,直观地显示了此间距变化对局部结构应力的影响,为各种变厚度过渡段局部连接结构设计提供指导.
