基于土弹簧模型的埋地输油管道地震响应数值模拟

         

摘要

Oil pipeline is the important facility of military rear oil depot.For further research of seismic re-sponse of buried pipeline,soil spring analysis model was established based on finite element software Abaqus.Using orthogonal experiment method,several common types of pipelines in military rear oil depot were selected to calculate the seismic response.The influence of factors such as diameter of pipeline,wall thickness and inner pressure on the peak value of von Mises stress was studied.The results showed that the change of the von Mises stress of different types of pipelines under seismic action was basically the same,the peak value of von Mises stress appeared at the fixed end of pipeline;increasing the diameter of pipeline,the value of von Mises stress changed little;increasing the wall thickness,the peak value of von Mises stress reduced significantly;increasing the inner pressures,the peak value of von Mises stress re-duced.The results of the study has certain guiding significance on seismic design of pipeline.%输油管道是军队后方油库的重要设施设备,为深入研究埋地输油管道在地震作用下的响应规律,利用 Abaqus 有限元软件建立了土弹簧分析模型,采用正交试验的思路,选取军队后方油库几种常见规格的管道进行地震载荷作用下的数值模拟计算,研究了管径、壁厚、内压等因素对管道von Mises 应力峰值的影响。结果表明,不同规格的管道在地震作用下的 von Mises 应力变化规律基本一致,固定端处管道的 von Mises 应力最大;管径增大,管道的 von Mises 应力峰值变化很小;增加壁厚,管道的 von Mises 应力峰值显著降低;内压增大,管道的 von Mises 应力峰值将会变大。研究结果对管道的抗震设计具有一定指导意义。
