金属尘化腐蚀层的纳米划痕测试

         

摘要

为对金属尘化腐蚀层的剥落规律作进一步研究,采用纳米划痕技术对炉管材料 Cr5Mo 钢在碳氢气氛下不同腐蚀时间得到的尘化腐蚀层进行测试,得到腐蚀层与基体剥离的临界载荷。结果表明,经200 h 腐蚀的试样的腐蚀深度和临界载荷较小,经480 h 和560 h 腐蚀的试样的腐蚀深度与临界载荷显著增大,因480 h 腐蚀试样腐蚀层不均匀,其腐蚀深度与临界载荷反而比560 h 腐蚀试样更大,最外层腐蚀层较疏松,易发生剥落。%For further studies on the scaling rules of metal dusting corrosion film,the critical load of ce-mentite layer scaling from base metal exposed in hydrocarbon atmosphere was measured by nanoscratch. The result shows that the depth of corrosion film and critical load of sample exposed for 200 h is small, and the values of corrosion depth and critical load of samples exposed for 480 h and 560 h obviously in-crease.Owing to the non -uniform corrosion film of the 480 h sample,the values of its corrosion depth and critical load are inversely bigger than the 560 h sample,and the outermost layer is loose,which could easily be scaled from base metal.
