气相反应器凸缘结构疲劳分析及结构选优

         

摘要

In order to assess the structure strength of material of forging male flange of gas phase reactor in polypropylene unit, fatigue analysis were conducted under two cycling operation conditions.The results show that the maximum alternating stress strength of the flange is moving from inner surface to external surface,and changing from axial to circumferential as the piping force increasing.Both the streamline main structure inside of the flange and the reduced bolt holes,not only maintain more availability of metal and its fatigue strength, but also alleviate the structure break and improve its static pressure strength to avoid its fatigue strength losing.A much optimizer structure design can be obtain by application the bal-ance between fatigue analysis and statics analysis compared by application of higher strength steel.%为了评定聚丙烯气相反应器产品料口的锻制凸缘法兰结构强度,对其进行两种循环工况的疲劳分析,结果表明:随着管线推力的增大,最大交变应力强度幅从开口轴向方向上内表面处转移到开口环向方向上外表面,凸缘开口内侧的流线形主体结构以及减少连接螺柱孔的个数,都可保留更多有效金属,缓和结构突变,提高凸缘的静压强度而不失去其疲劳强度. 疲劳分析与静力分析之间的双向协调,比单纯选用更高强度的材料这一措施,可使结构设计更优化.
