Aimof this study was to identify potential microRNAs associated with the progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.GSE36682 was downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database(GEO),and weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)was constructed.The microRNA co-expression module was extracted from the network by WGCNA R software package.Hub microRNAs of module were Screened.miRNet was used to construct microNA-mRNA network and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis was performed with the target genes in the network.917 microRNAs were included and five co-expression modules were identified.Blue and turquoise modules were associated with metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.KEGG results showed that blue and tturquoise modules were involved in six pathways:Pathways in cancer,p53 signaling pathway,Glioma,Chronic myeloid leukemia,Prostate cancer and Neurotrophin signaling pathway.TP53 occupies an important position in the network.
