本文对近年来有关硝苯地平缓释片不良反应的文献资料进行归纳.本品少见的不良反应包括过敏反应、全身水肿、牙龈增生、大量夜尿、尿失禁、眼结膜出血、肝损害、黄疸、嗅觉丧失、耳鸣、双下肢麻木等.%The article concludes the recent literatures which related to adverse effects of nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets,some rare adverse effects are also included,such as allergic reaction,anasarca,gingival hyperplasia,massive urine at night, incontinence, conjunctivas hemorrhage, liver injury, hemolytic jaundice, olfactory anesthesia, tinnitus and anesthesia of double lower limbs.
