肠道门诊处方用药调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the drug use of enteric disease clinic in our hospital, and evaluate the rational use of drug.Methods Prescriptions in enteric disease clinic from April to September in 2009 were chose, and the usage of antibiotics, oral rehydration salts and microbiological preparation were analyzed.Results The use rates of antibiotics,oral rehydration salts and microecological preparation were 73.5％, 16.4％ and 79.8％ respectively.Conclusion Antibiotics and microecological preparation are all overuse, but the usage of oral rehydration salts is below the recommendations of WHO in our hospital.%目的 了解我院肠道门诊处方用药现状,评价用药合理性.方法 随机抽取我院2009年4-9月肠道门诊处方,对抗生素的使用比例、口服补液盐的应用以及微生态的使用做调查分析.结果 抗生素的使用率为73.5%,口服补液盐的使用率为16.4%,微生态制剂使用率为79.8%.结论 抗生素用于腹泻治疗时存在滥用情况,口服补液盐的使用与WHO推荐标准有一定差距,微生态制剂过度使用.
