氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年（≥80岁）高血压的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年（≥80岁）高血压的临床疗效。方法选择2012年6月-2013年12月我院内科门急诊收治的老年（≥80岁）高血压患者66例，将其随机分为观察组34例和对照组32例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗，观察组给予氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗。4周为1个疗程，比较两组患者治疗前后血压变化、临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.1%，高于对照组的71.9%（P <0.05）。治疗前两组患者舒张压和收缩压比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；治疗后观察组患者舒张压和收缩压低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为11.8%，对照组为12.5%，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年（≥80岁）高血压安全有效。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan on hypertension in elderly (≥80 years old)patients. Methods From June 2012 to December 2013,66 elderly(≥80 years old)hypertension patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 32)and observation group(n = 34). Con-trol group was treated with amlodipine,while observation group treated with amlodipine combined with irbesartan,both groups treated for 4 weeks. Blood pressure before and after treatment,total clinical effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions dur-ing treatment were compared between the two groups. There was no significant differences of DBP and SBP between the two groups before treatment(P > 0. 05),but DBP and SBP of observation group were lower than those of control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with irbesartan is effective and safe on hypertension in elderly(≥80 years)patients.
