Objective To investigate the influence of elevated blood glucose on curative effect in acute stage patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From 2012 to 2013,84 patients with cerebral infarction at acute stage in Mining Hospital of Yuxi were selected and divided into hyperglycemia group(n = 48)and normal group(n = 36),according to the first detection result of fasting blood glucose. Both groups given symptomatic and supportive treatment;infarction area,severity of neurological impairment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The infarction area,severity of neurological im-pairment of normal group were better than those of hyperglycemia group( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate of hyperglycemia group was 66. 7% ,was lower than that of normal group of 91. 6% (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Elevated blood glucose affects the curative effect in patients with cerebral infarction at acute stage,and they have larger infarction area,severer neurological im-pairment.%目的：探讨脑梗死急性期血糖升高对患者疗效的影响。方法选择玉溪矿业医院2012-2013年收治的首诊脑梗死急性期患者84例，以第1次血糖为准将患者分为高血糖组48例和正常血糖组36例。两组均给予内科对症支持治疗，比较两组患者脑梗死面积、神经功能缺损程度及临床疗效。结果血糖正常组患者脑梗死面积及脑神经功能缺损程度优于高血糖组（P <0.05）；高血糖组总有效率为66.7%，低于正常血糖组的91.6%（P <0.01）。结论脑梗死急性期血糖升高影响患者治疗效果，且患者脑梗死面积大、神经功能缺损程度严重。
