机械通气在重度急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸功能障碍抢救中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨机械通气在重度急性有机磷农药中毒（ AOPP）并发呼吸功能障碍抢救中的应用价值。方法选择2010-2013年我院收治的重度 AOPP 并发呼吸功能障碍患者32例，均进行机械通气治疗，观察所有患者机械通气治疗效果。结果32例患者经机械通气治疗后存活28例，放弃治疗2例，死亡2例。结论及时识别重度 AOPP并发呼吸功能障碍、尽早采用机械通气是抢救成功的关键。%Objective To investigate the application of mechanical ventilation on salvage in patients with severe acute organophosphorus poisoning and respiratory dysfunction. Methods From 2010 to 2013,32 patients with severe AOPP and re-spiratory dysfunction were chosen in our hospital,all of them underwent the treatment of mechanical ventilation,the treatment outcome was observed. Results In the 32 patients,28 survived,2 given up,2 died. Conclusion Timely identification of severe AOPP and respiratory dysfunction,early usage of mechanical ventilation is the key to successful salvage.
