扶正利胆汤对贲门癌患者术后早期免疫功能及生活质量的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨扶正利胆汤对贲门癌患者术后早期免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择河北省人民医院普通外科2012年12月-2013年12月收治的贲门癌患者86例，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，各43例。对照组患者行常规抗炎、补液等治疗；试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上于术后第10天开始口服扶正利胆汤，连服20 d。两组患者分别于治疗前（术后第10天）、治疗后（术后30 d）进行 KPS 评分，检测患者免疫功能指标，即外周血中 CD ﹢4、CD ﹢8 T 淋巴细胞百分数并计算 CD ﹢4/ CD ﹢8比值。治疗期间观察药物不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者 CD ﹢4 T 淋巴细胞百分数、CD ﹢8 T 淋巴细胞百分数及 CD ﹢4/ CD ﹢8比值比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ﹥0.05）；治疗后试验组患者CD ﹢4 T 淋巴细胞百分数和 CD ﹢4/ CD ﹢8比值高于对照组，CD ﹢8 T 淋巴细胞百分数低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。试验组患者总有效率为83.7%，高于对照组的65.1%（P ﹤0.05）。两组患者服药后各项生命体征稳定。结论扶正利胆汤能增加贲门癌患者术后早期免疫功能，提高其生活质量，有助于病情恢复。%Objective To study the effect of Fuzhenglidan soup on immune function and quality of life in postoperative patients with cardiac cancer. Methods From December 2012 to December 2013,86 postoperative patients with cardiac cancer were selected in Hebei General Hospital,and then they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each of 43 cases. Control group given routine treatment such as anti - inflammatory,fluid replacement therapy;while experiment group given Fuzhenglidan soup on the basis of the control group on the tenth day after operation,the duration was 20 days. KPS score were assessed,immune function parameters(CD ﹢4 and CD ﹢8 T lymphocytes percentage and CD4 ﹢ / CD ﹢8 ratio) were detected before treatment(10 days after surgery)and after treatment(30 days after surgery). The adverse reactions was observed during treatment. Results There was no significant differences of CD ﹢4 and CD ﹢8 T lymphocytes percentage,and CD ﹢4 / CD ﹢8 ratio be-tween the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05);after treatment,the percentage of CD ﹢4 T lymphocytes and CD ﹢4 / CD ﹢8 ratio of experiment group were higher than those of control group,while the percentage of CD ﹢8 T lymphocytes was lower(P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate of experiment group were 83. 7% ,was higher than that of control group of 65. 1% (P ﹤ 0. 05). Vital signs of both groups were stable during treatment. Conclusion Fuzhenglidan soup can improve immune function and quality of life in postoperative patients with cardiac cancer,is helpful to the recovery.
