炎性细胞因子与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究进展

摘要

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is one of the most common respiratory diseases,but its pathogenesis is not clear yet,inflammatory reaction that kinds of inflammatory cells and inflammatory cytokines participate in is considered as the main pathologic change of COPD. This article reviewed the biological characteristics,functions of inflammatory cytokines and its relationship to COPD.%慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是呼吸系统常见疾病，但其确切发病机制目前尚不十分清楚，多种炎性细胞及炎性细胞因子参与的慢性炎性反应被认为是其核心病理改变。本文从常见炎性细胞因子的生物学特性、生物学功能及其与 COPD 的关系等进行综述。
