Objective To investigate the nutritional status of post - chemotherapy patients with digestive system malig-nant tumors in primary hospital. Methods Between January 2011 and January 2014,a total of 80 post - chemotherapy patients with digestive system malignant tumors were selected,they all underwent human body measurement,laboratory test,and com-prehensive nutritional status and quality of life evaluated. Results By measurement of skinfold thickness of triceps muscle of arm,BMI,ratio of actual body weight and ideal body weight,there was 40(50. 00% ),15(18. 75% ),20(25. 00% )ca-ses of malnutrition,respectively. By test of albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,total lymphocyte cont,there was 6(7. 50% ), 16(20. 0% ),35(43. 75% ),38(47. 50% )cases of malnutrition,respectively. By subjective global assessment( SGA), 70 patients with good nutrition(87. 50% ),10 patients with malnutrition(12. 50% );skinfold thickness of triceps muscle of arm,BMI,ratio of actual body weight and ideal body weight,total lymphocyte cont,score of quality of life scale of tumors pa-tients in the 70 patients with good nutrition were higher than those of the 10 patients with malnutrition. The mean score of quality of life of the 80 patients was(64 ± 18). Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition of post - chemotherapy patients with diges-tive system malignant tumors in primary hospital is high,which will affect the quality of life,SGA combined with other nutrition evaluation index is useful in the investigation on nutritional status.%目的：调查基层医院消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗后患者的营养状况，并分析其对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2014年1月在我院行消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗患者80例，均在入院后治疗前采集人体测量指标、实验室检测指标，评价其综合营养状况和生活质量。结果根据肱三头肌皮脂厚度、体质指数、实际体质量与理想体质量比值，本组80例患者中营养不良者分别为40例（50.00%）、15例（18.75%）、20例（25.00%）。根据清蛋白、前清蛋白、血红蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数，本组80例患者中营养不良者分别为6例（7.50%）、16例（20.0%）、35例（43.75%）、38例（47.50%）。根据主观全面评价法（SGA）评价结果，本组80例患者中70例（87.50%）营养良好，10例（12.50%）营养不良。营养良好患者肱三头肌皮脂厚度、体质指数、实际体质量与理想体质量比值、总淋巴细胞计数、癌症患者生活质量量表得分均高于营养不良患者（P ﹤0.05）。本组患者生活质量领域得分为（64±18）分。结论基层医院消化系统恶性肿瘤化疗后患者营养不良发生率较高，影响了患者生活质量，可以结合 SGA 及其他营养状况评价指标对其进行营养调查。
