冠状动脉造影显示血管通畅的急性下壁心肌梗死一例报道

摘要

As "the first killer of human health",acute myocardial infarction is very common on clinic,with high morbidity and fatality rate. Chest pain,myocardial enzymology changes and electrocardiogram dynamic changes were main diagnostic basis of diagnostic basis,but the misdiagnose rate and missed diagnosis rate were always at a high level. This paper reported an acute inferior wall myocardial infarction patient with normal CAG,to improve the awareness of clinicians.%急性心肌梗死发病率高、病死率高，被称为“人类健康的头号杀手”。急性心肌梗死是临床常见病，常以胸痛症状、心肌酶学改变及心电图动态演变为诊断依据，但极易误诊及漏诊。本文报道1例冠状动脉造影显示血管通畅的急性下壁心肌梗死患者，以提高临床医师对其认识。
