Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsules on acute cerebral infarction. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014,a total of 304 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in the Affiliated Liangxiang Hospital of Yanjing Medical College,Capital Medical University,Xiangfan Centeral Hospital,and they were randomly divided into control group(n = 148)and treatment group(n = 156). Based on regular treatment,patients of control group were given citicoline sodium and shuxuening injection,while patients of treatment group were given butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of control group. Neurological function defect score before treatment and after 3 days,1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment was evaluated respectively;Barthel index before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment was recorded, respectively;clinical effect after 4 weeks of treatment was assessed. Results No statistically significant differences of neurological function defect score was found between the two groups before treatment or after 3 days of treatment(P > 0. 05);while neurological function defect score of treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group after 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment,respectively( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of Barthel index was found between the two groups before treatment(P > 0. 05);while Barthel index of treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules has certain clinical effect on acute cerebral infarction,especially on basal ganglia area infarction,which can relieve the neurological function defect severity and improve the patients'quality of life.%目的：探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择2012年6月—2014年6月首都医科大学燕京医学院附属良乡医院和襄樊市中心医院收治的急性脑梗死患者304例，随机分为治疗组156例和对照组148例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予胞磷胆碱钠、舒血宁注射液治疗，治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。两组患者均于治疗前、治疗3 d 及治疗1、2、4周后记录神经功能缺损评分，治疗前和治疗 4周后记录 Barthel指数，治疗 4周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗前及治疗3 d 后两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗1、2、4周后治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者 Barthel 指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗 4周后治疗组患者 Barthel 指数高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组（u ＝-5.270，P ＝0.000）；治疗组基底核区梗死患者临床疗效优于对照组（u ＝-4.916，P ＝0.000）；两组脑叶梗死和脑干梗死患者临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死尤其是基底核区脑梗死的临床疗效确切，能有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度、提高患者生活质量。
