自拟中药方联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self - made traditional Chinese medicine combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 97 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected in the People's Hospital of Anqiu from December 2014 to December 2015,and they were divided into control group(n= 48)and observation group(n = 49)according to random number table. Based on conventional treatment,patients of control group received rosuvastatin calcium tablets,while patients of observation group received self - made traditional Chinese medicine combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets;both groups continuously treated for 14 days. Clinical effect,index of cardiac function(including LVEF,LVEDV and SV),serum inflammatory cytokines( including hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-10) levels and plasma myohemoglobin level before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of LVEF,LVEDV or SV was found between the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05);after treatment,LVEF and SV of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group,while LVEDV of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of serum level of hs-CRP,TNF-α or IL-10 was found between the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05),while serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-10 of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment( P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of plasma myohemoglobin level was found between the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05),while plasma myohemoglobin level of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group after treatment( P ﹤ 0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred any serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Self - made traditional Chinese medicine combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets has certain clinical effect in treating acute myocardial infarction,can improve the cardiac function,relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the plasma myohemoglobin level,and is relatively safe.%目的：观察自拟中药方联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月安丘市人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者97例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组48例与观察组49例。两组患者均予以常规治疗，对照组患者予以瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上予以自拟中药方治疗；两组患者均连续治疗14 d。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后心功能指标〔左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、每搏输出量（SV）〕、血清炎性因子〔超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白介素10（IL-10）〕水平和血浆肌红蛋白水平，不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者 LVEF、LVEDV、SV 比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后观察组患者 LVEF、SV 高于对照组，LVEDV 低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-10水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后观察组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-10水平低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者血浆肌红蛋白水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后观察组患者血浆肌红蛋白水平低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论自拟中药方联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效确切，可有效改善患者心功能、减轻炎性反应，降低血浆肌红蛋白水平，且安全性较高。
