心房颤动对非卒中患者认知功能影响的研究进展

摘要

Atrial fibrillation is one of common arrhythmia types in the elderly,which caused by atrial dominant reentry circuits - induced microreentrant circuit. In recent years,as the population aging process,the morbidity of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia increased year by year,so as the morbidity of atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation can lead to cognitive impairment and non stroke related cognitive dysfunction,which badly influencing the patients' quality of life, aggravating the economic burden of family and society,thus atrial fibrillation became one of clinical focuses. This paper reviewed the epidemiological characteristics,mechanism,screening tools and treatment protocols of impact of atrial fibrillation on cognitive function in non stroke patients.%心房颤动（AF）是老年人常见心律失常类型之一，是指由心房主导折返环引起许多小折返环而导致的心房律紊乱。近年来，随着人口老龄化进程加剧，高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等发病率不断升高，AF 发病率亦呈逐年升高趋势。AF 导致认知功能损伤及非卒中性认知功能障碍，严重影响患者的生活质量，会增加家庭和社会的经济负担，已成为临床关注重点之一。本文对 AF 影响非卒中患者认知功能的流行病学特点、发病机制、筛查工具及治疗方案等进行综述。
