目的：分析先天性血管环的产前超声诊断特点。方法选取2011年9月—2014年10月在惠州市中心人民医院行产前超声筛查的孕妇共36124例，其中诊断出血管环形成10例，分析该10例胎儿产前超声筛查结果，并对10例孕妇进行随访，观察胎儿出生后血管环类型、合并其他畸形情况及孕妇妊娠结局。结果产前超声筛查结果显示，10例胎儿中“U”形血管环8例，“O”形血管环2例；10例胎儿中8例染色体核型正常，孕妇继续妊娠；2例孕妇引产并终止妊娠。出生后经心脏彩超证实存在血管环8例，其中合并心内畸形2例，心脏外畸形2例。结论产前超声对先天性血管环的筛查准确率较高，其典型表现为三血管切面显示环绕在气管周围的“ O”形血管环或“U”形血管环。%Objective To analyze the prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic features of congenital vascular rings. Methods From September 2011 to October 2014,a total of 36 124 pregnant women received prenatal ultrasound screening in the Central people′s Hospital of Huizhou,thereinto 10 cases with congenital vascular rings were found,and their prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic features were analyzed,the pregnant women were followed up to observe the types of vascular rings,complications of other malformations and pregnancy outcome. Results Of the 10 cases with congenital vascular rings,8 cases performed as″ U″ shape,other 2 cases performed as ″ O″ shape;8 cases with normal karyotype got smooth childbirth,while other 2 cases did not. The 8 cases with smooth childbirth received cardiac color ultrasound examination and eventually confirmed as congenital vascular rings, thereinto 2 cases complicated with intracardial malformations, 2 cases complicated with extracardial malformations. Conclusion prenatal ultrasound screening has relatively high diagnosis accuracy on congenital vascular rings, the typical prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic features includes ″ U″ shape and ″ O″ shape vascular rings around the trachea.
