目的：探讨院前与院内急救一体化模式在急性脑梗死患者急诊急救中的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月—2015年7月在武汉市武昌医院进行急救的急性脑梗死患者66例，根据急诊急救方式分为观察组32例和对照组34例。对照组患者由家属护送入院就诊，仅行院内急救；观察组患者采用院前与院内急救一体化模式。比较两组患者抢救结果、院内急救时间及临床疗效。结果观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组，患者到院→开始静脉溶栓时间、患者到院→动脉置鞘时间、动脉置鞘→闭塞血管再通时间短于对照组，临床疗效优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论院前与院内急救一体化模式可有效提高急性脑梗死患者抢救成功率及临床疗效，缩短救治时间。%Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated mode of pre - hospital and in - hospital emergency in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in Wuchang Hospital of Wuhan from July 2013 to July 2015,and they were divided into control group(n = 34)and observation group(n = 32) according to the emergency treatment. patients of control group received in - hospital emergency only,while patients of observation group received integrated mode of pre - hospital and in - hospital emergency. Ratio of successful rescue, duration between admission and intravenous thrombolysis,duration between admission and arterial sheath implantation,duration between arterial sheath implantation and occlusion recanalization,and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The ratio of successful rescue of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group, duration between admission and intravenous thrombolysis,duration between admission and arterial sheath implantation,duration between arterial sheath implantation of observation group were statistically significantly shorter than those of control group,while clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated mode of pre - hospital and in - hospital emergency can effectively improve the ratio of successful rescue and clinical effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,effectively shorten the duration for medical aid.
