责任制护理小组在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effect of responsibility system nursing group in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.Methods A total of 150 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from May 2014 to May 2015,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing modes,each of 75 cases.Neonates of control group received routine nursing mode,while neonates of observation group received responsibility system nursing group mode.PDI score and MDI score at discharge and after 6 months of discharge,nursing quality index and satisfaction score of family members were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant differences of PDI score or MDI score was found between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05),while PDI score and MDI score of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group after 6 months of discharge(P<0.05).Incidence of unclear neonatal identification,neonatal choking and erroneous aspiration,skin damage and extravasation of drugs of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,respectively(P<0.05).Satisfaction score of basic nursing,specialized nursing,grading nursing,ward management,disinfection isolation and service quality of family members of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility nursing system group has cereain application effect in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and provide comprehensive,continuous and full care,to ensure the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaction of family members.%目的 分析责任制护理小组在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年5月-2015年5月西南医科大学附属医院收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿150例,根据护理模式分为对照组和观察组,每组75例.对照组患儿采用传统护理模式,观察组患儿采用责任制护理小组模式.比较两组患儿出院时和出院6个月后运动发育指数(PDI)评分和智力发育指数(MDI)评分、护理质量指标、患儿家属满意度评分.结果 出院时两组患儿PDI评分、MDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院6个月后观察组患儿PDI评分、MDI评分高于对照组(P<0.05).护理期间观察组患儿新生儿身份识别项目不清、新生儿呛奶与误吸、皮肤损伤、药物外渗发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属对基础护理、专科护理、分级护理、病区管理、消毒隔离、服务质量的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 责任制护理小组在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的应用效果良好,可有效减少患儿并发症的发生,在保证护理质量的同时提高患儿家属满意度.
