循证护理在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析循证护理在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果.方法 按1∶1性别比例选取2011年9月-2015年9月应城市人民医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.在常规综合治疗基础上,对照组患儿接受常规护理,而观察组患儿接受循证护理.比较两组患儿临床疗效、主要症状消失时间、住院时间及患儿家属满意度.结果 观察组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿发热、气促、咳嗽、喘息消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 循证护理有利于提高小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效及患儿家属满意度,缩短症状消失时间及住院时间.%Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing care in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods According to 1∶1 gender ratio,a total of 80 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected in the People′s Hospital of Yingcheng from September 2011 to September 2015,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of 40 cases.Based on conventional comprehensive treatment,children of control group received routine nursing care,while children of observation group received evidence-based nursing care.Clinical effect,main symptoms disappearance time,hospital stays and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two group.Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Disappearance time of fever,anhelation,cough and wheezing,and hospital stays of observation group were statistically significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction of family members of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care is helpful to improve the clinical effect and satisfaction of family members,shorten the symptoms disappearance time and hospital stays in children with bronchial pneumonia.
