动态心电图在老年心律失常患者中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 307 elderly patients with arrhythmia were selected in Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from October 2013 to October 2016,all of them received routine ECG examination and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,ST-segment depression range and arrhythmia duration were compared between routine ECG examination and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.Results Of the 307 patients,68 cases performed as sinus arrhythmia(accounting for 22.1％),196 cases performed as atrial arrhyttmia (performed as 63.9％),43 cases performed as conduction block(accounting for 14.0％). Dynamic electrocardiogram monitored ST-segment depression range was(0.16±0.04)mV,which was statistically significantly higher than that of routine ECG examination of(0.13±0.03) mV(P<0.05). Dynamic electrocardiogram monitored arrhythmia duration was (11.5±1.9)min,which was statistically significantly longer than that of routine ECG examination of(7.2±0.6)min (P<0.05).Conclusion Atrial arrhyttmia is the major type in elderly patients with arrhythmia,and compared with routine ECG examination,and dynamic electrocardiogram can more accurately reflect the disease severity.%目的 分析动态心电图在老年心律失常患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2013年10月—2016年10月湖北医药学院附属东风医院收治的老年心律失常患者307例,均行常规心电图检查和动态心电图监测.回顾性分析所有患者临床资料,比较常规心电图检查与动态心电图监测的ST段压低幅度和心律失常持续时间.结果 307例患者中窦性心律失常68例(占22.1％),房性心律失常196例(占63.9％),传导阻滞43例(占14.0％).动态心电图监测的ST段压低幅度为(0.16±0.04)mV,高于常规心电图检查的(0.13±0.03)mV(P<0.05).动态心电图监测的心律失常持续时间为(11.5±1.9)min,长于常规心电图检查的(7.2±0.6)min(P<0.05).结论 房性心律失常是老年心律失常的主要类型,与常规心电图相比,动态心电图可更准确地反映老年心律失常患者病情严重程度.
